Here are a few things you should pay attention to when inspecting your current home windows: are weather strippings deteriorated? Is it difficult to open and/or close the window shutters? Certain conditions may apply depending on the age or the generation of your Lorendo products. #### How do I clean and maintain my doors and windows? You can use a mild cleaner to wash around doors and windows as well as glass cleaner for the windows. Do not use abrasive cleaners and cloths as this may damage your doors and windows. Clean the parts with a mild soap, then rinse well with water. For maintenance, be sure to apply a lubricant once in a while to the gear mechanisms to ensure ease of operation. Remember to remove mosquito screens during the winter months. Finally, also check the condition of the caulking sealant around the windows to ensure optimal water and weatherproofing. #### Do you repair windows? Yes, we can repair your Lorendo doors and windows provided of course that the age or generation of the products allows us to do so. Certain conditions may apply. #### What are your warranties?
